Construction
of
'Digloo' Greenhouse

These designs are precision Structures, giving enormous strength and efficient usable volume. The Hubs are double :- there is a disc both inside and outside, which means they are also VERY strong. Bolted together ( 5 or 6 bolts PER HUB ), they are the key to the Domes stability. While it's possible to snap an individual strut ( so you can't walk over it ) taken as a whole, it's rock solid.

Colour coded
struts mean that you can see what you are doing, and where everything should be, right up to the finish. Once you get started, it's a lot of fun. No boring or measuring is required, all you have to do is bolt the frame together, stake it to the ground ( or a foundation ), assemble the door and vents, and cover it with the Greenhouse Film. You will need to cut the joining tape with scissors.

Clear Instructions
guide you through the process. There's also a 'Power Point' CD, so you can see it in great detail on your computer. Please, just read them twice before you start !! The assembly of these wonderful Digloos is as logical as the mathematics that governs them. Don't worry, we've done the maths, you just have to put the right strut in the right place.

Everything
is included, cut to size, bolt holes bored. Even the outside cover is pre-cut.
Where the cut pieces of the Film overlap, use the supplied joining tape, which you will need to cut to length with scissors. You'll need a hammer, screwdriver ( an electric one is a good idea, there are over 400 bolts and screws )and a tacker ( builders staple gun ).
